Sunday Morning

Sunday morning Avery did more baking with Oma.

And then we all had to say goodbye! We had a great weekend!

Saturday Night

Saturday night Avery, and Piper, helped Oma make a chocolate pie!

 Piper helped Cindy eat hers and put her cap on and off her water bottle about 100 times. 

Pop pop and I made these cool hangers for Fynn's room and we decided to give one to Nolan. Don't tell him, its a secret :)

Going to the Lake!

 This weekend we went to the lake and had a great time! We even went out on the boat! Piper was super excited.

 So was Avery.

 They got all dressed up.

 When we got to the "beach" we realized we left Piper's hat so we improvised.

 Cindy thought it was so cute. 

 Avery just laughed and laughed and called her diaper head.  But Piper kept it on.

 Then we realized that Daddy didn't put a swimming diaper on Piper's behind and she got a big old booty!

 Avery got to help drive the boat with Pop pop!

And Daddy got a big fish that the kids got to touch. They are not scared of anything in the water!

Dinner at the Rogers

Sunday night we had a yummy dinner at the Rogers!  Piper got all dressed up.

 And the big kids ate such a good dinner they got dessert. 

Rainforest Cafe

After the beach we went to have a lunch at Rainforest Cafe.  Piper loved the fish!

 Avery, Gracie and Clinton loved the big Icees :)

 And the frog! Piper was not down for that scary frog.

She just wanted to cuddle with her daddy instead.

To the Beach!

This weekend we hit up the beach with the Morrison Family! They had never been to the beach before, can you believe that?? We had a blast!

 Piper was looking good in her hat. Even among all the seaweed...

 Avery and Gracie did not let the seaweed keep them from playing.

 Avery did lots of floating with her Daddy.

 Piper did lots of playing with shells. 

 The daddy's did a great job in the water with all the kids.

 Amanda helped Clinton look for shrimp, or crickets as he called them.

We had a great time! Though Gracie got a little bit of a sunburn.

The Girls

While we were away, the girls had a great time with Oma! And Aunt Becky of course.  They hit up the park.

 They went to chick-fil-a.

 They played at the Rogers and ate snowcones.

 And they tried to go swimming but it kept thundering!

That Oma is too good.

Babymoon

 Last weekend Oma came to watch the girls and Charles and I went on a babymoon!  We went to stay at a resort that has lots of cabins and lots of alligators!  Our porch was awesome and overlooked a lake.  We had a swing, rocker and picnic table outside.  I immediately propped my feet up. 

 And then we saw our first alligator!

 This is how close he got to us.  But for some reason it was not scary at all.

 Saturday morning we relaxed on our porch until the horse drawn carriage came to get us.

 While on vacation I enjoyed a few non-alcoholic beers, mainly on the porch. Check out the cool bikes our cabin came with!

 We also had a fancy dinner Saturday night.  I had a "beer" before we went in.

Part of our dinner was this bread in a flower pot! We had an excellent time! Thank you Oma and Pop Pop!
