Park After Dinner

After dinner we went to the neighborhood park.  It was awesome!

 Piper had a great time.

But she needed help with most of the equipment.
And she kept taking off her shoes! That is the new habit we are trying to break.  Katie kept trying to get them back on.

But it never lasted long.

Fancy Dinner!

Saturday night, Pup and Katie took us to a Japanese steak house for a fancy dinner.  The girls were on their best behavior.

Piper checked out the menu with Pup's help.

 Avery ate all her soup.
 And her Daddy's.
Piper was amazed by the chef.

 And her Pup.

 Everyone had a great time!

Cupcakes

Katie made lots of cupcakes for us.  Piper acted like she wasn't sure about them.

But then she tried some icing...
 Avery never had a doubt!

Fish

We went to visit Pup and Katie and learned they lost most of their fish when the water heater broke.  Avery offered to help pick out new fish.  She had a blast!

She gave the guy lots of advice on how to get the fish.
Katie also got a say so in the new fish to join the house. It was all a success!

Friday Night Dinner

Friday night we went to dinner with the Rogers.

After dinner the big kids ran around like crazy people. Luckily no one else was outside so we didn't bother anyone.

The Pool!

The pool finally opened so that was our entire weekend!  The water was REALLY cold but Avery and Piper were brave and didn't it let them stop them.

Avery helped Piper get in and showed her how to play in the sprinklers.

Piper needed a little more help from her daddy to not be scared.

They also enjoyed some 'stachios with Daddy. Avery is finally learning how to open them herself. Thank goodness!
Piper showed us exactly how cold it was... Just look at that face!

And the girls made some new friends with cool toys!

Piper's cute little feet.

Car Wash and Sitting like a Lady

Saturday we got Momma's car wash.  Avery played with her "pad."
And practiced sitting like a lady.  She is getting much better at it but we still have some practicing to do.
