Nolan?

Nolan came over on Friday night and he decided to try out some of Avery's play clothes. What do you think?

Being Home

 We left the hospital on Friday and spent time with the family! Piper slept with Daddy.

 And lounged with Oma.

 Avery played with her dolls.

 Piper hung out with Pop pop.

And every once in awhile, Piper actually was not held and sat in the bouncey chair.

Danielle also came to visit and brought us tons of goodies! It was great to see her.

Piper's First Visitors

 After we got moved into our room at the hospital we got some very anxious visitors! Pop pop,

 Oma,

 

 Aunt Becky, and

 Avery!

 Avery was so excited about her new sister finally arriving, as well as her new doll, Maddie Addie. Maddie came with her own bottle, pacifier and recieving blanket. I thought this might help with the adjustment of a new baby in the house.

Piper Arrived!

 On December 18th, I went in for a scheduled induction and end up going into labor! Piper made her arrival on December 19th at 11:54 am.  She was 8 lbs and 6 oz and 20.5 inches long, and as far as we are concerned, perfect!

 

Piper is Coming!

As you can see, Piper is due any day now! Avery is very excited about her arrival, though I am not sure that she understands how this is going to change her life. We will let everyone know when she makes her grand entrance.

Since the new blog is going to be for both Avery and Piper, Avery is going to resign her position as the author of the blog and put me (aka Momma) in charge. She may still make guest appearances from time to time though.
