Princess Party

 On Sunday we went to Maya's Third Birthday Party, which was princess themed. Piper was the bell of the ball and got held by lots of people.

 We made a tutu for Avery and she got her face painted!

 She also got to enjoy some juice. Notice in the background Maya is working on her grandma to drop that baby and hold her!

 This is probably inappropriate but how funny is Avery on the potty with all of that tutu!

More Mat Time

 Sunday morning we did more mat time. Piper seems to like it! Why have we been holding out on her??

I know we have been talking about how Piper is so much like Avery but here is more proof. She even holds her hands together like Avery did.

AND another roll over! She is also grabbing things and swinging them around!

Dinner at Aunt Becky and Uncle Jared's!

 Saturday night we got invited to Aunt Becky and Uncle Jareds. Uncle Jared showed us how when he picks up Piper she cries. Turns out he has only held her a couple times (Daddy is a baby hog) and Piper isn't used to him holding her.

 Uncle Jared even tried to show us what hold Piper doesn't like. You can see that it didn't last very long...

And Avery showed Morgan crackers.

Play Date!

 Saturday afternoon the ladies had a playdate at Barrett's house! Carlos and Maya also came. Maya wore her fairy wings.

 The wagon was a big hit, maybe too big of a hit...

 But the kids talked some moms into pulling them around. Not this mom, I was in charge of Piper.

Avery even did her fair share and "pulled her weight" actually, alot more than her weight. Piper was an angel and never made a peep!

Saturday Morning

 Saturday morning Piper worked out and Avery watched her from her rocking chair. She is such an old soul. With a SUPER loud voice :) I wonder where she got that from...

 We eventually got everyone dressed and went to breakfast. Avery drank half and half, only one. I'm not that bad of a mom.

 Then Avery stacked half and halfs and worked on counting.
Then she ate a funny face pancake!  This ended with whipped cream and chocolate on her face.

Friday Evening

 At the doctor's visit they asked if Piper was rolling over. As soon as the doctor laid her on her stomach she rolled onto her back! Imagine my surprise since I had never seen her do that! It's my fault, I never want to put her down :) But we decided that was a wake up call and pulled out the mat again. Piper thought it was amazing and immediately rolled over again! And then she showed off her upper body strength.

 And stared at the bear that sings and lights up.

And then rolled over again! What a big girl!

Doctor and a New Hat!

On Friday Piper went in for her 4 month check up! While we were naked (just Piper) and waiting (both of us) we tried on our awesome hat. Piper didn't know she was getting shots so she was happy still.
