Tree

 On Wednesday when I went to pick up the kids, I found Nolan! Upside down, in a tree...

 And then we saw Uncle Jared! Avery talked him into helping her into the tree too, but really she just wanted to be held.

And then they both wanted Uncle Jared attention...

Uncle Charles!

 

 After leaving our excellent weekend with Susan and Brendan, we stopped by to see Aunt Ann and Uncle Charles.  Avery and Uncle Charles tickled the ivories, or bounded the crap out of them, however sensitive your eardrums are.

 Piper wanted to help.

And the Avery convinced Uncle Charles to swing her around.

It was great to see them and all the great work they have done on their home!

Susan's Party!

 

 After some lounging it was time to party! Kourtney didn't get to stay for the whole thing but we had fun with her while we could.

 Alex showed off his door shutting skills (something Piper excels at as well).

 This was the amazing food Chef Marshall made for us.

 And Susan's cake! Brendan did an excellent job with this party!

 After cake, Avery played with Daddy.

 And Alex got some time with his favorite :)

Outside

The lake was really low so we were able to go well below the normal water line from the house.

 The boat dock had been released so that it could still float but lots of the docks were on dry land.

 Kourtney convinced us to take a golf cart ride down to the lake. It was pretty tricky getting that thing turned around but we did it!

 We got back up and Piper played with Charlotte.

 Some folks tried out the margarita machine.

 And we all just enjoyed the amazing view.

 The kids broke into the pool toys, even though there wasn't much swimming going on.

 And even played with Piper a little bit!

 Then he lounged with his favorite, Daddy!

Eating and Lounging

 When the kids woke up on Saturday we had a big group breakfast!

 Marita and Jasper. They came in all the way from Wisconsin!

Alex cried every time his dad left his sight. I think Brendan is pretty great but that seems like alot.

Driving for the Weekend

 Friday we headed to Susan's Birthday Spectacular!  We had to stop on the way to get "loches." Or kolaches if you don't speak Avery. Piper is just as much of a fan.

Sunday morning we hung with Maya and her family.
