Avery and Piper

We left Piper in the living room by herself for one minute and this is what happened.

She was pretty proud of herself... But she did help me clean up.

Thursday night Avery had her first ever dance recital! These are her friends, Amelia and Maya. It took Maya a little while to warm up to the camera.

But she eventually showed her teeth :)

After all the beautiful dancing Avery got a metal and a dozen roses from her daddy. She was so excited about her "two prizes!"

She was so proud and we couldn't love her more.

After we got home, we grabbed our suits and headed straight for the Rogers to do some jumping!

What a great Mother's Day weekend! Hope y'all had a good one as well!

On our way home from Pup and Katie's, we stopped and saw the Morrison's!

Of course Piper took off one shoe.

Piper and Clinton played together really well.

And Gracie showed Avery how to be a big girl! Can you believe how big she is??

We celebrated Mother's Day with breakfast at Ihop. Avery got all dressed up, she even wore shades :)

Piper had a deep conversation with Pup.

After dinner we went to the neighborhood park. It was awesome!

Piper had a great time.

But she needed help with most of the equipment.

And she kept taking off her shoes! That is the new habit we are trying to break. Katie kept trying to get them back on.

But it never lasted long.

Saturday night, Pup and Katie took us to a Japanese steak house for a fancy dinner. The girls were on their best behavior.

Piper checked out the menu with Pup's help.

Avery ate all her soup.

And her Daddy's.

Piper was amazed by the chef.

And her Pup.

Everyone had a great time!
